Vishal is the founder and CEO of Magnus Capital Partners. Originally from Michigan, Vishal is responsible for setting the firm’s culture of integrity and focus whilst working with its stakeholders to successfully execute investment opportunities that adhere to these standards. Vishal has directly overseen more than $1.5B of investments to date. Prior to launching Magnus Capital Partners, Vishal co-founded Megalith Capital Management and grew it into a niche investment platform with more than $200M of value add and development properties throughout the US.

He serves on the advisory board of reonomy.com, StreetSmart.io and the East River Skyway initiative. In addition, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and education-based charities in India.

Vishal previously held a variety of leadership roles within the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign College of Business.

Lori establishes the development strategy for Magnus. This strategy includes leading the underwriting and due diligence process, exploration of development innovations, identifying financing sources and coordinating municipal entitlements. Lori works closely with the Magnus construction and management teams to identify construction and operational cost savings while ensuring a smooth transition as each project moves from development to stabilized operations.
 
With 27+ years of experience in the housing industry, Lori has worked to develop or preserve more than 8,000 units of housing valued at more than $950M. She analyzes projects to determine the best financing paths utilizing tax-exempt bond loans, agency debt and soft debt sources such as HOME funds. Additionally, capital stacks have included Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Brownfield Credits, and energy rebates. Lori has experience in the asset management of multiple housing portfolios and is well versed in challenges properties encounter throughout their life cycles. This experience ensures stronger underwriting upfront to support successful future operations and build value toward future refinancing opportunities. 
 
Lori is a C.P.A. licensed in the state of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Alma College.
 

Jason brings a well-rounded and comprehensive background in Marketing to Magnus Capital Partners. In his role, Jason leads all marketing efforts for Magnus and our HōM Flats brand. He strives for a creative and analytic approach to his marketing efforts, and a drive to be a valuable resource for his team and company.

Jason has extensive prior experience in the biotechnology, manufacturing, and retail industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated experience in areas including Content Creation, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, Brand Management, Creative Design, and Market Research.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Saginaw Valley State University. He has also earned a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of Vermont, and several other industry-recognized certifications.
